Day 1
Attempted full workout. Tammy did hoop while I did the elliptical. we both did the core stuff- mostly. Two sets of each rather than three. Our abs are DONE. Netiher of us ate enough food today, both short on calories. Also we are not getting enough protein relative to carbs and fat. On to tomorrow.
