You did go over a little bit on your carbs yesterday, but that's ok. Let's pencil in a little cleaning and burn those right off. :)

We both kinda fell short of our goals yesterday. But...now that you can eat meat again, and I'm trying to feed this cold...today, we'll make it! :) Love you, hon.

I think your tracker looks fine for the day. You haven't even hit the calorie goal yet. Having said that, the McDonalds was probably not the most nutritous idea. :/ I love you, babe. See you soon. :)

That was my first McDonalds visit in almost 2 months. And it was really not very good, lol. I brought more chili today, but I already ate that. Probably go grab something else on my lunch break.

    DailyBurn App

Don't forget you can download the app. It's really only good for tracking your food. It has a barcode scanner that is really neat so that you can scan whatever it is you're eating and it will log the nutrition onto the website directly. Also, you can search in the app for foods if there is no barcode or it's not in the system for whatever reason. It's just easier for mobile nutrition tracking. Then you can check the website as the day progresses to see, for example, if you need to eat more protein or less carbs to meet your daily target numbers. They create the daily numbers for calories, fat, protein, and carbs based on the daily activity you log and the ultimate goal (Strength Training, in your case). It's actually a pretty sophisticated website for being free... Good luck! I don't know how to request you as a motivator, so let me know how and I'd love to add you. It's nice to have accountability. :)
