    well at least at the cottage you have swimming and other physical activiites you can do maybe take up your goals for chin upset etc in the fall? As for the weight loss yea I used to weigh about 221 around a year ago (I lost weight before I started documenting it on gyminee) all ive done is bring my exercise bike up from the bacment and try to ride it 4 or so times a week for 30-60min (depending on how much time I have) and ive been documenting what I eat so I dont over eat.... even though I still do sometimes it helps to know what I am eating and how much. I am still not where I want to be thats for sure... but im getting there slowly but surely.

    It takes a lot to be able to do those things. Maybe you should start off on the machines they have at some gyms that do assisted pullups/chin ups? and then work towards it that way?

    a while back i gave myself a goal of being able to do one... yes ONE chin up, pull up, one any up. i'm still just hangin.
