sturuger added a new comment to the Universal Home Gym Workout program:great for those with joint problems - As a ex-rugby player, I have developed a fair amount of join problems. Over the years I've noticed my inability to sustain free weights anymore as my wrists, shoulders or elbows would start give out. I've found with this, great comfort and stability.
