Day given up
So sick of black beans, spinach, and meat. Can't go on with this constant hunger, fatigue, and decreased brain function. I'm going to try counting calories instead. I currently am eating a hostess cupcake and the world is a little bit brighter.

Day two
Felt better today. A little light headed and hungry at times. Ate a yogurt in the am for energy. went over on fat, carbs, and calories

Day one of low carb
Bah, I feel like crap. My stomach hurts, nothing sounds good to eat, and my brain is mush. I'm going to cheat and have apple cider for a bed time treat. Also ran 4.03 miles which would have felt great if my stomach didn't feel like it was going to explode with beans.
