Sorry, I have been extremely busy with me being back in school and my daughter starting. My exercise of choice is running. My husband and I are currently training for a 10 miler coming up in October. I also am working on phase 1 of the optimal performance model...Balance and Stabilization. I realized while at a workshop for certified personal trainers that I need to go back to the beginning and work on those elements for 4-6 weeks. Just because I went back to phase 1 doesn't mean it's an easy workout though!!! Thanks for motivating me to watch my numbers!!!! I have about two pounds on me that I don't like. I'm sure counting calories would help. Best wishes on dropping your weight!!!

Melbourne Half
I completed a half marathon in Melbourne last week. It was a nice sunny day (great condition for running). Aside from everyone starting at once and people all over each other for the first few kilometres I managed to pull off a 1hr 42m 30s time. Yipee!
