    Spinning

    Tried hitting the spin bike yesterday, and again today. I don't know if I am in love or if this is just lust. I went with Alison for 60 mins yesterday to figure it all out, and then went for 65 mins today, alternating two minutes on, two minutes off for intervals for the most part. I don't hurt (yet), and I feel great when I am done. I sweat unlike any other activity I've tried in the gym yet. And apparently intervals are fantastic for whittling down fat that you just can't seem to lose. Power songs: Power- Kanye West Whatever You Like- T.I. Rocket Queen- Guns N' Roses Just Can't Get Enough- Black Eyed Peas Monster- Kanye West E.T.- Katy Perry ft. Kanye West Born This Way- Lady Gaga Lollipop- Lil Wayne It's all old, but it all works. I'll give 'er when any of these come on.

    Running

    So, I can kill it for way too long on the elliptical. Crossramp up, resistance high, whatever. I can also do major work on a low resistance and no ramp. But get me on that damned treadmill or track and I am dead. Six minutes of running on the treadmill kicked my butt successfully.
