    I might have a shake once in awhile but My calorie goal are not working for me on the daily burn. How do I know whats right? Its to much food for me and I'm not losing any weight:(

    week 7

    Hey New York:) As you know I am doing the body for life program, the workouts are going really well but Im having problem with the foods. The program wants you to drink 3 shakes a day which is silly to me. I thought you were only supose to drink after a workout?? Also I feel like I should be dropping in my weight but hadn't seen anything yet. Is there something im doing wrong. I workout hard 6 days a week plus I have a labour intensive job. I eat right 90% of the time, should I be ajusting my calorie intake on the dailyburn. Hope to hear from ya soon:)

    I'm glad you heard of it. I've done this program before and had great results. Question I am currently doing body for life eating plan as well as trying to stay in my goal ranges on the daily burn. Do you think thats it ok?

    My boyfriend is from Cape Breton! It is so beautiful there esp the trails:) I would love to have a traininer but not till the fall. I will keep in touch:) Question Susanny, have you heard the body for life program? I am currently in my 4th week.

    That's very excieting! I wish I had a kick ass personal trainer, I always push myself real hard when being monitored. Is your friend in Halifax? If you do visit I hope you and your friend have a wonderful time. Bellas:)
