Katie, Things are going well! Weight is coming off much more slowly than I hoped but the journal helps me stay on track and I would rather lose than gain at any rate. I have a hard time getting my food log done each day. Drinking enought water is easier than I thought and it has helped me to lessen the amount of coffee I drink each day. How are things going for you?
