Goal!
Body weight goal for January has been hit! Exercise is going on well, diet is good, but I'm actually at the point now where I need to make sure I'm getting enough quality calories in. I've been getting a little dizzy at the gym lately towards the end of my workouts.

Ab Ripper X
Boy do I know that feeling! My core is my weakest area too and I just hate working it because it's so tough. Thanks for checking up on me, I definitely need help keeping myself accountable so by all mean yell at me if you haven't seen a post that day! Great job on completing those 2011 goals, what do you plan for this year?

New Year's Eve
Finished my last workout for the year, and I will say that I'm pretty happy. I've gone from not working out regularly at all, to 6-7 times a week for most of the year. The last few months have been very emotionally trying, but I've been able to use it to alter my eating habits and the lbs have been falling. I hit my weight and bench goals for the year and then some; I'm going to spend some time tonight resetting my goals for 2012. Good luck to everyone!-- P.S. I successfully made it through December without disastrous weight gains! (unlike the last two years)

Goal Met!
So I finally hit my goal for 2011! I hit my bench goal for the year as well, and hopefully will knock out 1 or 2 more lifting related ones! I think I'm going to wait out the rest of the year before I set new ones for 2012. --- Oh yeah the whole exercise and DIET thing...yeah that works. All year long I've been lifting and lifting, getting stronger all the while, but it's not until I really addressed the diet and implemented the 5 small meals thing did the pounds start dropping.

All Right!!
Hit my year end bench press goal!! I know that 250lbs isn't a lot of weight compared to the huge dudes at my gym, but I'm happy with it! Maybe as NYE gets closer I'll try to up it to 260lbs by year end. --- On separate note, I'm hitting a few others goals as well. I've dropped over 10lbs since the day after Thanksgiving, and have been meeting my diet goals as well. I've lifted and hit cardio every day this week. I'm trying to keep the streak alive, but next Monday-Friday I'll be traveling and no one likes hotel gyms. We'll see what I can do as I have 5lbs to lose before NYD. (that's going to be very hard considering Grandma is flying in from the UK with a suitcase full of Cadbury's!!)
