    Daily Burn

    I have had some difficulty logging my food on Daily Burn. I feel it is a great program and I like the format. I have just had so many things going on that I truly havent been even able to eat more than 1 meal per day, so it has been a little frustrating for me. However, it has really made me think about the fact that I am letting my life run me. My goal is to learn to run my life and schedule time for eating well and exercising. Daily Burn has also given me some great ideas for incorporating exercise in my life, which I began to do last weekend when my stepdaughter was in town visiting. I really felt so much better when I exercise daily. Although I did not achieve my goals during this class, I will continue to use DailyBurn and hopefully be able to get into a regular exercise program and make it a part of my life.
