    Workout from Monday

    I was super tired and had no engery after warming up. I suspect that either I hadn't eaten enough calories as i didn't have my normail pre-workout shake, or i hadn't eaten enough carbs before my workout or the 6 hours of sleep that i got hindered my workout. I couldn't finish my second set of bench press and had no energy what so ever after that set. I must re-evaluate my diet and sleep patterns to determine where the mistake was made and correct it.
