About Me
I am a mother of 3 boys, a wife, a recently let go from my job, a daughter, sister, housewife, and after all of those hats, as many women, a 35 woman. I have let my self go for too long. I am easily over 40 lbs over weight and looking for a person to share my struggles and success during this journey.

various scales, various numbers
It's so frustrating to weigh myself and see the numbers go up instead of down. I had not changed the batteries in my 8 year old scale for a while. Thus, I had been using the scales in other places, my mom's house, gym, aunt's house. They all showed various numbers. I know this is a non consistent system. But, now that I got the scale in my house working again, the numbers were much higher than any other scale and I hate to put it in my chart. BUT here it goes because I want to become consistent w/ same scale used. So as of today, all weight will be updated Sunday mornings. Only!

Summer 2011
It was a busy summer. Too many Birthday parties in the family. I need to stop myself before or at just the first bite. AND not "start diet and exercise on MONDAY". Instead I have to refocus on doing some type of activity every day!
