Hi, I'm Caroline :)
Hi Tangkaiyun - Thanks for the motivation the other day. Unfortunately i set little goals which i re-adjust every time I complete them, as I find it a little overwhelming otherwise, so I'm still about 8 lbs away from my ultimate goal weight. But damn I wish I was 0.1kg away!! :D .....So what is your approach to weight loss? Ie. are you on a certain nutrition plan or do you enjoy particular fitness activities,... etc.

I see you've joined one of the longest challenges I've been in and I'm still not at the end. I'm aiming to finish by the end of January

Hi Tangkaiyun, Things look like they're going great on your end. Are you feeling happy with your progress? Yes, we do have very similar amount of weight to lose. The problem with me is that I gained back a couple of pounds recently, and am having a ridiculous time with trying to lose them again and actually make my goal of 120. The only day I was actually at 120 was when I was sick, and that's no good! Then once I reach my goal, I am very exciting to just be happy and maintain. Nowadays, though, I have "cheat days" where I just eat a lot for dinner, perhaps 3 or 4 nights per week! Today's a good day, so far, though. Did some big workouts and staying on track with food, thank goodness. Drop me a line if you want. Sometimes I'm slow in responding-- my apologies. I took the liberty to look at your nutrition log. Seems like we have similar tastes in food-- soy, whole grain, and then sweets (!) I actually cut out sweets for the first few months when I was losing the bulk of my weight, which was rewarding, but I have definitely added them back in...

I adjusted the setting they had for me also because I thought it was too much. I'm not a body builder. I'm just trying to stay toned and fit. I have a protein shake sometimes because I only eat chicken and fish.
