20 more LBS!
Only 20 more pounds till I reach my goal of 205. I started initially at 252 on Jan. 18th now I'm down to 225 and its March 10th. Thats 27 pounds. I had created this goal to hopefully reach by summer but it looks like I will reach it within another month or so. Then I will once again create a new one.

Morning Workout
I find myself nearly dead in the morning after doing each of the sets of working out. Plan calls for only two days of cardio a week, but I think the cardio 5 days a week even before my weights sessions has really been helping out. I recommend the 12 week plan, 3 day split workout.

New Gym
Just joined the Vision Quest gym in Auburn, WA. really great place, lots of room, equipment, and the prices are great. Will be posting my results weekly to keep this up to date.

One Week Gone By
Well it has been one week since I last weighed, I have lost five lbs just by changing my diet. Next week I plan to start my exercises 5 days a week in hoping of dropping about 10 lbs per week.

Back on Track
I have started my diet back. I am currently standing in at 248 lbs I am hoping to get down to 205 before summer. I am looking to start the gym where I'm currently located in Auburn, WA just 15 minutes south of Seattle.
