I lost 45 pounds about three years ago using LA weight loss. Like any program it has its beliefs and techniques. The best advice I can give you is that using a program is a great to lose weight but it really comes down to dilligence and desire. I am not sure how calories you should have or what is right but 1100 sound very low and probably is hard to maintain because you get hungry. I stay betweem 1500 and 1800 and have kept all of my weight off for the entire three years. To lose you may want to stay closer to 1400-1500. The real key is having high quality proetin, limiting simple carbs (especially sugar) and of course vegetables. I also always eat at least 5 times a day about 300-400 calories each time. I know that I found that when I wrote everything down that I ate good or bad I found I was eating a lot more than I thought and I still track it so if I have a bad day it's no big deal to get back on track.
