Crap
Well, a couple things have gone down. First, it appears that a numbe rod my workouts haven't uploaded from my phone, so i don't have the results for a lot of them. More importantly, Ive had a pretty miserable week. I couldn't get out of bed Friday, and ended up missing my sprint workout. Saturday, I got duped by the gym's spring break schedule, and missed my workout. Plans to make up for it on Sunday also were duped again by miserable planning and the spring break schedule. So, I haven't worked out anise Thursday. I also completely failed on food today, leaving me eating lettuce and roast beef scraped off a subway sandwich for dinner, and still missing my protein intake significantly. Bleh. End of the weeks are very difficult, since we hadn't gone to the store yet. This left me not eating protein for breakfast, because we had none. So, that through off the whole day, because too many calories went to banana bread. Anyway, shitty. Gonna have to get back on the horse monday.

Starting something new
I've started a workout program with ben Supik, my cousin, who's a personal trainer at his own company, Activate Body Fitness. I'm pretty stoked about it, as over the past 2-3 years that I've worked without a trainer, I have been hopelessly lost, and added about 20-25 pounds. For real.

great workout
I had a great workout last night. Got 2 miles in on the treadmill at a good pace, and my abs feel nice and tired from the weights. It's the kind of push I needed. Still having some trouble with food, since I'm living with Grandma. She tends to feed me to the gills. The issue, actually, is that everything is carb heavy. Also, I started with a trainer from St. Mary's, and I think that will help get me working harder in the gym.

great week...bad weekend
Had a great week of exercise last week. Then topped it off this weekend with a trip up north for too much eating, too much wine tasting, and too much super bowl. Pretty much blew it. Buckling down for this coming week.

New Year's Resolution.
and another failure to maintain my goals during the holidays. In an effort to be as unoriginal as possible, one of the New Year's resolutions is to drop 5-10 pounds and get my body fat under 14%. Good luck to me!
