About Me
I'm a crazy-busy mom and teacher, and I've discovered that I love weight-lifting. I am not fond of cardio (hence my tail is still wide), but I'm (insert deep sigh here) trying to fit in more daily cardio.

slackin ass i am....
i'm still strugglin to pull myself out of bed in the mornings and get going. Once I'm on my way to the gym, it's all good. And when I get in the gym, I'm pumped up and going. But sheesh. And we're not even going to discuss my lack of discipline when it comes to eating. Sigh. I'm just hurting myself and that really bites.

am feeling so much better when i get in gym and lift. still not doing enough cardio. sigh. would so rather lift...dunno how to fit it in. may just need to create a new workout routine that's different from wick's and just suck it up and do it. UGH.

am sooo floundering
i'm all a mess...i love this site and i love working out but i'm all outta whack. it's nuts. we took last week off b/c wick wasn't feelin up to snuff and this week i'm not. so it's been a quick minute since i've worked out. i feel like i need to get well so i can get my tail in the gym and work off this weight and this frustration.

finally...some cardio
I herded my kids outside and stopped at my truck to slip into my gym shoes, and then off we went. I set a spanking pace then made my kids stay in front of me, so we walked a few laps around the field/GC parking lot. Was flat surface for most part- sidewalk and gravel. The weather is amazing, and I feel invincible!
