New Goals and Challenge
New challenge: Run 100 miles by 12/31/2009 (total distance). This will include warmup and interval distance on lift days. New goals: Squat 250 5x5 (by 10/31). Bench 225x5 (12/31) 5 x Body Weigh Pullups (12/31).
