Vacation
OK...I'm back from vacation and very motivated. I read a new book called The Daily Fix...and now I feel ready to get back on track...

Wake Up Call
OK...so I haven't been doing what I know I am should be doing...I have not been eating right, have not been working out, and too much beer. So...I get on the scale and OMG! I do not want to do this anymore....I really want a lifestyle change. I started today :-)
