Thanks for the message
Thanks for your message, i see that you are in my challenge, thats great! The weather make running outside tougher so its nice to have some motivation for the treadmill!

Still at it
I haven't missed a day on the treadmill since December 29th. Running in socks on the treadmill. Will need to find some shoes I guess for running outside this spring.

Started running last week
Read "Born to Run" and it got me going. Running just for fun.

Still working
Now I'm down 22.2 pounds since joining DailyBurn. I'm watching portions and weighing twice a day so that I don't let a slip go too long. Monitoring and quick corrections seem to be doing the trick. And I just had a physical where everything was great, including "phenomenal labs."

Down 13.3 pounds since joining DailyBurn
I can't say it is because of excercies. I weigh first thing in the morning and last thing at night, and that helps me moderate what I eat throughout the day. I don't feel hungy because I'm not having big swings, and I feel great in the morning because I ALWAYS lose weight overnight, so I start out with a little motivator. I think that's the secret.
