Back online
I'm sorry, I've been super busy, graduating college, getting married, gaining weight. So I'm back. Going to fix this for good.

Re: Plateu, Angry and frustrated
"The 5 Ss of sports training are: stamina, speed, strength, skill, and spirit; but the greatest of these is spirit."Ken Doherty I have hit those same plateaus before, and to be honest the only thing that helped me get over them was pushing harder... also change ups in work outs really helped out since it seems that your body has an amazing ability to adapt, so if you do the same training every day you will improve in it.... then when you do something else you will suck at it until your body adapts again... or so it has been in my experience... keep it up you can beat this thing!
