Woo Swimming!
That was more fun than I remember but still a bit of a workout. I can't quite get the "putting my face in water" thing but it still felt good to get some movement. Plan to do that again that's for sure. Need to try a water aerobics class - maybe Saturday if I can find one.

swimming rocks
as do water aerobics. When I was pregnant with my first for a long hot summer, that was the only way I got exercise. But I was in that pool every day after work swimming and floating and doing squats and jumping jacks. Good for you. Cant wait to hear how it goes.

Swimming
So my swimsuit finally came in the mail and it fits, for the most part, so I'm going to start swimming for exercise. This should be a lot better for my joints and such. I haven't been swimming in a long time so hopefully I can figure it out again!
