    Getting Ready to Hit The Gym Again

    I am currently weighing 190lbs, have not worked out in a month or so. I will post a photo before I begin my workouts. I was 220 about 5 months ago. Fairly lean, 34" waist, 6ft 1". I need to eat more. That is my hardest part. I will respond quickly to the workouts. My training is focused on Arthur Jones H.I.T HIT HIgh Intensity Training style. This style was taught to me by Jim Flanagan former president of Nautilus. I have been blessed to meet Ellington Darden, Ph.D. who was a major part of the movement that brought High Intensity Training to Life. It is by far the most productive and absolute life altering form of physical exertion I have ever experienced.
