    Weight Watchers

    So.... I have officially hit rock bottom with my weight! I'm the most i've ever weighed in my life...... I wanna cry, but Instead I've decided to try to take control again and I did that by going to a weight watcher meeting and joined... I totally need motivation and group support if i'm gonna get out of this big slump..... My goal this week is to plan and track my foods om here and my points too... It might see like alot but i need to think about it alot if i'm gonna get myself back on track.........

    Title...

    Hi, I actually haven't logged in this past week, but did do some exercise. I've been playing w/ my holiday present..an ipod touch...I have logged some exercise onto another program for the ipod, but I know daily burn has something which I also downloaded but haven't looked at yet...I want to log my food and exercise on the same app so I don't think the daily burn one will work for me..once I figure out how to best record stuff on the go, I'll check in and record on daily burn at home...How is it going for you?

    Hi, I just started up again my exercise program. I haven't been on this site for months. One of my sons had a health issue and we used to work out together. When he couldn't go, I stopped. Now he can go again so we went to the health club which lets us see a personal trainer ever 8 weeks. I need someone to tap me and say " hey have you been going?...It is 8 weeks, time for a new training session. This week I bought my computer and had the trainer use this site to pick out my workouts...I had her make 4 different ones. I own a weii but couldn't find how to enter their workout. Maybe next time. Good luck with your goal. I want to loose 10-15 lbs for good!

About Me

Hello my name is Christal. I'm ready to get in tip top shape with my new elliptical. I've always had a weight problem and I'm ready to surpass that. I've been overweight my whole life. I was always the fat kid in my class growing up who was friends with alot of guys but to the guys I was more like one of the guys because they would never think of me as someone who they were attracted to. I grew up in a small town and lived across the street from my grandparents who owned a country store with lots of junk food in it. Of course grandparents being what they are would always give us anything we wanted and would also offer things to us even when we didn't ask. This I believe is where my eating problems all started from. Growing up my mother would also always have a lot of junk food in the house and had a habit of hiding it due to this my brother and I both got into bad habits of binge eating when none was around and this has carried itself on to my adult life. I have tried all of the diets out there and even stayed on the Atkins diet for a year and I went from 235 to 160 on it in 2004, my Sr year in college. But then there was a fire in my apartment and I moved back in with my parents and the weight came back on. I stayed around 180 to 200 but then recently this past June I got married to the love of my life after being with him for 8 years and have managed to climb back up to just about my highest again 234.4 pounds. I have been planning my meals and logging them in an online diary.I really need to get motivated to get exercising to reach my ultimate goal weight of 145 by the end of the year. I want to feel and look sexy again like I felt when I was at 160 before and then some. I also have a really big reason why I want to loose the weight and that is that it's a personal goal to reach my personal best before I start to try to get pregnant which I would like to start trying next year. I don't want to be a fat mom , I want to be a heathy role model. I just started going to a Nutritionist on Thursday, April 16th I can't wait to see the changes over the next few weeks and then some. I decided no more diets they just simply don't work it's time for a lifestyle change and that's what I working on. I'm looking for help and motivation from anyone and everyone that is willing to give it!
