Back in the saddle
After taking some time away from Daily Burn, I'm back on track with my diet and exercise. I rode (cycled) a lot in 2010, including several centuries and some hard mountain biking. Hopefully I can stick with the exercise AND the travking process!

Sick as a dog
I don't know if it was stomach flu or what, but my oldest son and I were both sick as dogs last night. We had not been eating the same food, so I don't think it was food poisoning. Both of us felt better by the end of today. Back on diet and exercise tomorrow!

Just built a new calculator

Started swimming today!
In hopes of being able to compete in my first triathlon in June, I started swimming laps today! I had to rest after every two laps, but I was able to knock out 20 laps. Time was about 22 minutes. In the next few months I hope too work up to a long swim of 100 laps (2.5 km) once a week and 1km every other day.

Just starting Daily Burn
Man, what a great site! I've been looking for a way to log all the details, but it seems like the sites are split between diet only or exercise tracking. I have been using a log book, but I have been focusing more on grams for fat, protein and carbs and it is getting cumbersome. Getting ready to upgrade to pro!
