    Took a Break

    I took a break from Daily Burn for a while, but I stuck with the diet, but not so much the exercise. Getting back into it now.

    Feeling Good

    I did go through a bad Sinus Infection that lasted a week, and kept me home from work the entire time. All good now though. Starting to notice quite a difference in the mirror. Getting to the point of having to have clothes taken in. Also put another notch in my belt this morning. Still not working out like I want to. Difficult to get motivation when you're having no problems losing weight without it. About 20 pounds to the original goal, another 35.6 to the new one.

About Me

I've been big all my life. I was a Right Tackle in High School football because as the coach described it "he has tree trunks for legs". I've only made a few attempts at losing weight, and was never very successful. I found myself staring at a scale that read almost 290 lbs, and made the decision to change my life, and that's why I'm here. I live computers. I program and do IT work during the day, and I play PC and Console games at night. Always been that way...while I won't be dropping that any time soon (as I thoroughly enjoy it), I want to make sure the times I'm not doing that stuff are spent getting healthy.
