    I know what you mean

    I am still having mental issues with consuming more calories. But my strength has increased significantly! My deadlift and squat are both really close to body weight, and they were not before. I have noticed that I'm more tired, so I'm trying to listen to my body and get more sleep as well. I have to admit, though, I am looking forward to the end in about 2 weeks so I can add back my cardio and cut back down a bit. It will be interesting to see if the new muscle is really visible in my pictures once I'm all done. It's certainly visible in my workouts!

    Slowly increasing my calories. I idea of gaining is contrary to everything I have done before. But if I am going to add muscle that it what it takes. Its just a switch after years of trying to lose. Time to focus more on body composition and less on body weight.

    Out of whack

    Not a good nutrition day. Sat outside all day with my Mom having a yard sale. Didn't eat my normal meal plan so my nutrient balance is a little off. Tomorrow will be better.
