    Weight is up

    But it's on purpose. Trying to gain some muscle and so far making some progress. Just need to get a consistent measurement for a couple of weeks before I try to bring down the BF% again.

    Nice to see you are human! I totally see you as a mentor as well as motivator so to see you had an off weigh in day reminds me we are all just living life the best we can! I hope the movie was good! : ) I am starting my year off with a self challenge to go basically vegan. I say basically because I have decided to retain my beloved egg white spinach omelet for breakfast. Wish me luck and just think how great next Sunday's weigh in will be for you!
