Motivators
Just had to do a massive motivator purge. So many people have fallen off the wagon.

Title...
I keep forgetting to track my workouts. Since I am working out later in the day (and not going immediately to my PC) I totally forget to do it. Never fear, still lifting. :)

Vega Sport Protein
Thanks for the advise about the Vega Hemp Protein. I was checking out some of their products online. Have you tried the Protein Bars they make? The chocolate coconut ones look tempting! I have used the Purefit bars and like them except they do contain soy. The Vega ones are right up my alley as they are gluten/soy/dairy free. I have been doing good reducing my consumption of meat. I have had no more than one serving per day and many days only half a serving. I was thinking the Vega bars could work for lunches on work days with some veggies &/or fruit.

Protein sources
Yes, my morning staple is a 3 egg white omelet with spinach! Breakfast is easy... I have not tried Quinoa but have thought of it. I just checked out your new chili recipe and noticed you put Quinoa in it. I would have never thought of that! Have not tried the pea protein powder, can try it... Now the hemp protein I have tastes horrible! I have tried mixing it with fruit/vanilla/even cocoa nibs but it was barely tolerable. Maybe another brand would be better but I'm a little gun shy of it. I do have some vegan rice protein that mixes well with anything. Thanks for the ideas AND the new chili recipe! Is there a way to search for recipes that you have created here on the Burn?

thanks!
Hey, Pamela--thanks for your nice message! My husband has been driving me to the gym twice a week since my surgery, so I've been able to maintain most of my muscular strength. But I miss cardio! I literally have dreams about jogging, hiking, rowing, etc. Soon, soon, soon I can start regaining my aerobic fitness . . .
