    you have any suggestions with regards to Plantar fasciitis, that would be hugely appreciated. I had been doing very well with a trail running / weight lifting routine and this develops out of the blue. In hindsight, I suspect I was being too aggressive with my calve muscle routines and neglecting to stretch properly. I just started back to using the spin cycle and lightly on the elliptical, but I want to get back to running as soon as possible...by the way, hope you enjoyed your birthday trip.
