    thank you!

Hey, Pamela--thanks for your post regarding my surgery. It'll be a good thing. Not fun to go through, but the results will be worth it. I'll keep you posted. In other news, I took and passed my NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist exams yesterday. So glad to have finally done it . . . I've only been thinking about it for 10 years or so!

are not being missed. Simply in a funk and trying to decide what I want to do. I don't want to go through the trouble on logging each new workout in DB if I am only going to do it for a week. So, I keep it in my notebook. I'm stilling hitting the weights!

Why is it that once a week I type in one weight and some way different weight pops up? I went back several times to change it on the chart and the chart doesn't change. Does anyone else have this problem? What can I do?

    I loved my...

workout this morning! I wish the gym was open earlier on Saturdays, as I really could have gotten my day started even earlier instead of having to wait until 8am. Oh well. I really enjoyed the walk/run. I never thought I would even remotely enjoy running, but I'm actually having a great time with it; trying to get better each day and all that. I decided to take this week off from my typical weight lifting and just do cardio each day, so I'll be getting back into the swing of things starting Tuesday when I go back to work. I am thinking of picking up P90X again, really get some definition. I know it worked last time I did it, and that was only for 2 months instead of the full 3.
