Workouts
are not being missed. Simply in a funk and trying to decide what I want to do. I don't want to go through the trouble on logging each new workout in DB if I am only going to do it for a week. So, I keep it in my notebook. I'm stilling hitting the weights!

Hi Thrive
i think i read somewhere you have the dvd jillian michaels BFBM? I got this dvd today but im not sure how often you are meant to do it? and for how long? weeks? i did the 30 day shred (for 30 days of course) but this one has no guide. i also got the 6 week 6 pack dvd (do it in 6 weeks) but this one has no guide as i say. any help there? also do you know anything about kettlebells? i would like to try some new moves but cant think of any to do, thanks! hope you are doing well.

Help
Why is it that once a week I type in one weight and some way different weight pops up? I went back several times to change it on the chart and the chart doesn't change. Does anyone else have this problem? What can I do?

I loved my...
workout this morning! I wish the gym was open earlier on Saturdays, as I really could have gotten my day started even earlier instead of having to wait until 8am. Oh well. I really enjoyed the walk/run. I never thought I would even remotely enjoy running, but I'm actually having a great time with it; trying to get better each day and all that. I decided to take this week off from my typical weight lifting and just do cardio each day, so I'll be getting back into the swing of things starting Tuesday when I go back to work. I am thinking of picking up P90X again, really get some definition. I know it worked last time I did it, and that was only for 2 months instead of the full 3.

Yes!
It certainly is moving in the right direction! Yeah, I knew you would say something about the Dew. ^_^ I typically just drink water or unsweet/decaff tea throughout the day...but I really wanted a Mt. Dew and was exhausted, and I certainly wasn't going to drink a regular one. I just wish they didn't sweeten it with aspartame. I'm not a fan of diet drinks, so you'll see them few and FAR between on my log. Thanks for checking! Have a great day!! ^_^
