Clarification
Good Morning. I guess I didn't mean "diet" as in short-term plan to obtain weight loss. I meant it as in perm. change in eating habits, kinda like people are on a clean eating diet. :)

Thanks...
for being a motivator. I just need a kick in the ass starting Monday to get myself on the right track again. Was research Paleo b/c of all the talk on DB about it; any thoughts?

I DID! But, I only got 3 on the first set. I juuuust almost got 3 on my second set, and I didn't come close on my third set. So, I reset it as a goal, as I want to do 3 sets of 3. Quick response! I only just posted it too!

(Yet Another) Quick Question...
Hi Pam. Firstly let me say: thanks for all your time & info so far! I really appreciate it :) I was looking around for different ways to cook egg whites and bumped into a recipe for a sort of milkshake (blend together 6 egg whites + cup of milk + tsp of sugar + 2 drops vanilla essence). Was wondering if that may be a good thing to have right after a workout (instead of some synthetic protein powder shake), to help muscle growth and add to my daily protein intake? And if so, would it be ok to have it everyday? Thanks in advance.

Well...
Week 2 has officially started! I just finished my Kenpo workout. As much as I love that workout, it really kicks my butt every time. Looking forward to punishing myself the rest of the week with my core and strength training!! ^_^ Did you see on my last strength training, I did 2 sets of 2 pull ups?? I had a bit of a happy geeky celebration dance moment on that one!
