Haha
Yeah, I'm a bit of a strange one...I really do like the exercise ball pass, odd as that may be. It's difficult, don't get me wrong, but somehow it's fun.

Yeah
The work outs are going well. I both love and hate them! I really like using the stability ball. I like the ball pass and the push ups on there. I always forget how crazy P90X's Kenpo workout is, but it's so much fun at the same time!! I scheduled it for every other week with a kickboxing program on the off weeks, but I think I want to do the kenpo routine again tomorrow...so we'll see! I didn't get to walk as much in the mornings as I was hoping to, my friend was only able to go twice this last week, and I went by myself one day (but, I don't really like being on the trail alone). I think I'm going to start working out while watching reruns of my favorite tv shows or movies, I seem to enjoy it more, than just working out in my room. Since I've seen the shows before, I don't have to actually watch it, I can just listen, so it doesn't take all of my attention!

Your Blog
I just lost myself reading your blog for a good 20 minutes. Great stuff there, and I am adding it to my feed reader so I can get all your future posts too. I appreciate your take on running. My husband was a runner in high school and is always after me that it is the best cardio I could do.... but with bad knee joints I prefer riding a bike. Your post gave me support for my decision to get back on my bike to get that cardio boost... and a reminder that I need get more strength training in there too. Thanks for that.

Got to
get measured with a Bod Pod yesterday and my measurement was the same as the formula that I got on your web site. 49%, yikes, but that makes it all the more to keep pushing ahead!
