My Blisters Have Blisters
Just had to say it - ouchie! But I'm ok with it. I will just keep going and try to remember I am in serious need of new running shoes. I guess these had more miles on them than I realized. Not good!

Still Going...
I think this is day five of actually working out and eating right and all I can say is my blisters have blisters but if feels great! I don't know what did it but I am feeling so much better about myself just for making the effort. I know I won't be back to my normal size overnight but I even with the tiny bit of progress I have made I can see a light at the end of the tunnel!

Milestones
So I just hit 14 years with my company and came to the sad realization that I weigh almost 30lbs more than I did when I started with them. not that I ever want to be under 105lbs again - even I can admit I was way too skinny back in the day but somewhere around 115 will be good provided I have a decent body fat %. On the upside - I have hit sic calorie goals this week and I did manage to walk about. 5 1/2 miles yesterday. I have challenged myself to hit my calorie goal every day and walk at least five miles a day every day until my training session in Orlando on the 15th. I can fit into some of my business suits and dresses but none of them fit me well so that's my latest short term goal. To make it to training without having to buy new clothes!
