    Removed most of simple sugar items and replaced with complex carbs and protein. Managed to gain three pounds. Main focus is on body-weight exercises.

    I was finally able to meet my calorie goal today. I should start eating "cleaner". However, I will take things one step at a time.

    I'm currently working on the "Explosive Power Training Plan" and mixing in straight bridges on the rest days. I might add some extra cardio work next week.
