tortillas
I was a bit shocked by how many calories tortillas have in them. So I don't get to have the apple crumble I had planned... :( I guess that's the point of this though. It wouldn't be worth anything if I was never surprised.

yoga
I have a yoga pass that I haven't used and it expires in a few weeks. So for the next few weeks I'll be doing yoga a lot to use it up.

cold
I had a cold this week after a busy few days where I didn't get to exercise, so in total I didn't go to the gym for 5 days in a row. Now I feel really fat. :( I will have to make up for it next week.

changing my calorie intake
This morning I stood on the scales and my weight was1.5kg less than when I started less than a week and a half ago. I felt a bit funny today too. So I've decided to increase my calorie quota by 50 to slow it down for a bit. It's been extremely cold lately, so maybe I'm burning extra calories shivering all the time. :)
