Actually just doing the Meijer Slim supreme and ea
I'm not quite hitting my calorie goals that dailyburn is saying but I'm following the Slim fast regimen. Shake for breakfast, lunch, sensible (500 cal yikes) dinner. I've been having either granola bars or slim fast bars for the snacks in between or some fruit.

out of town
couldn't bring myself to enter food while out of town on training. Except for one notable exception and probably too much beer, I didn't do too horrible. :)
