Shoulder rehab plan
Energy levels real low these days for me. Anyway my plan is to work lightly on my VKR station for a few weeks along with some running and barbell curls. I'll reassess my shoulder in November.

Back from Deployment
I am back from deployment and at least my shoulder is feeling better. I am eating horribly and my endurance has fallen off tremendously. So out of shape!

Shoulder still screwy
Still dealing with should discomfort and a noticable limited range of motion. Will try to limit my direct shoulder activities. Taking a week off from lifting; getting ready for a HST workout cycle over the next 6-8 weeks.
