Needing help staying on track
Alright, I am a nerd, and once was an athlete. Needless to say I eat the way I use to and have been steadily gaining weight since college. I can lose 10-15 but haven't been able to make the consistent lifestyle change that I need.....so here is hoping this tool helps me out. I am about 50 pounds or so overweight in my eyes, strength is ok but would like to increase, and stamina needs alot of work.
