I am completely ahsamed of myself...:-(
I let myself go. About this time last year, I weighed about 50lbs less than I do right now. I started back to school in July of 2010, and since then, I have not made the time necessary to keep my body at its level at that time, or continue to lose weight. This has got to change, NOW! I now weigh, almost exactly what I did, when I got married in 2006, and I feel totally discusting! I am FAT, I feel so sluggish. I've let myself down, as well as my family. I am going to change this NOW! It starts today! No more putting it off, it starts today!

Well shit, I deleted this post by doing something stupid. Anyway, Im down about 10lbs, since August 17th (9.8lbs actually). I haven't been recording my nutrition here, just mapping my 2-3 weighins per week. I probably haven't eatting all of the healthiest foods to do this, but what ive done is just cut back on how much im eatting, and ive drastically cut down snacks, and of course, drink lots of water. I haven't done a lot of working out, as we have not been able to afford it due to the new floors in the house, which, in turn, has been a lot of physical work for me, so I guess that can count towards exercise? Anyway, so far so good, if I can keep this up, I should be down a total of 20lbs, by the time I take my multi-phasic next month (October 14th) so hopefully I can see some better numbers on this one, as opposed to the one I had 2 years ago.

Well, ive started back hardcore today. Im EXTREMELY low on my calories, as well as all macro nutritients, but its a start. I need to re-balance my diet on here as well. My target will be around 1800-2200 calories per day I think, but I need to get the macros balanced fairly well. Allison also started today, and did VERY well. She is trying to stay at 1200 calories, which IMO is too low (I think she should be around 1500). She weighed herself today and I dont know what the number was, but from the way she talked, it was pretty high. I hope she gets it under control. Tomorrow starts a new day, im going to try to get out to the stadium in the morning after Allison leaves for work (to get at least 2 miles in) and do my typical crunches / pushups here at home, before going to work.

Wow, its been a while since I started hammering this. Anyway, im trying to get back on the healthy lifestyle bandwagon. As far as weight is concerned, im exactly where I was the last time I posted my weight (267) as of this morning. I need to get it recorded on here again (for some reason its not letting me atm). Anyway, ive made plans to make SURE im back to the gym tomorrow. Anyway, now on to entering what ive eatten thus far today.

This weekend was fairly eventful. We almost got rid of the Jeep, and its still very possible that we do it today. Anyway, I didnt eat very good at ALL on saturday (due to sitting at the dealership for 4 hours and not eatting any breakfast, and going to Ginny's graduation in the morning) so the only thing I really had, was dinner at chilis and it was horrid, espically the fat. I did record it all, and calories I was over on, but not by a lot. The biggest issue was fat (as much as I love the skillet queso, ive got to avoid it from now on.) I weighed in on Sunday, and to my surprise I was at 267.0 even. That is the lowest ive weighed in 2 years or so. 27 more pounds to go. I did weights again this morning, and I did feel slightly stronger in some areas, and not as strong in others, although my numbers last time were skewed slightly, and plus a couple of the dumbell exercises I do, are not listed in the database so I had to improvise and make it close. All in all, so far so good today, and not bad on the weekend. Sunday, I did miss my total calories by about 250ish, and I would have hit them if I would have had my normal evening glass of milk, but I chose not too. My fat content again yesterday (due to morning breakfast at mcdonalds Sausage biscuit and apple pie) but the rest of the day I didnt do too bad.
