Staring Agian
So I have not been on this site for ever and after a year of taking it relaxed on my work outs. It is time to start up. The main reason is I miss my work out. But on a second note I am trying to help my girlfriend also get into shape. So I have signed her up for the Gym and we have met a train twice now. Going with a plan of meeting once a month to see how that goes. Now to food we got rid of all the pre-made food and got more veggies and fruit. Now as my goal are not to loss but bulk up lean muscle she is really helping me make sure I keep to eating more. As I do have a hard time with eating... So that is a big reason why I am back on this site to track my Calories and how much I burn of them. Ok, well that is all for now

Chinese buffet
So not sure how to track this one in the nutrition log, but the family chose to go out for Chinese buffet. I had to small plates with mostly veggies, some noodles, some steamed clams, chicken and some caned fruit.
