    I'm flattered . . .

And exuberant, and just plain thrilled to death that the workout is working out for you! As for the marathon, I am working toward it. I'm training roughly 5 to six days a week, one hour cardio, running intervals, and one hour endurance lifting. Surprisingly, I gained weight, all muscle. My clothes are actually looser, but the scale shows me at five pounds heavier. I'm actually quite proud, and the trainer who did my body fat reading today was as well. Apparently, I'm doing everything right, rest, nutrition, duration of workouts, and I haven't had a lull of boredom.

    Wow!

You're really giving me a run for my money lately. I can't seem to catch you on the weights, but I will, trust me. You may win the challenges, but I'm gonna make you work for it!

    Title...

I have to be consistent. Except for leg presses and %body weight for pushups, I don't lift heavy weights. So I have to do a lot of reps and workout some part of my body everyday. I'm at 21.5% body fat right now which is recommended for someone my age. Plus I like to at least be on the front page of a challenge even if I have no chance of winning.

Thanks for the invite. Just joined your challenge. Should have joined before I posted my workout. I might have to do something extra so I won't be on zero. Hate being on zero.
