Thanks!
Doing great yourself down 5 lbs! I just completed my 40 day kickstart I like to call it and just started adding foods back in last Saturday. Coffee is my vice I have so much trouble giving it up, but actually I didn't have any all weekend and felt good, but I grabbed one for work this morning...

21 day cleanse...

You look like a movie star!
Love the haircut! Thanks for the visit and the nice words. I am wondering where all that resolve went that I had last year. It is in there somewhere. I think your diet is probably exactly what my body wants - when I eat like that, all is good. When I don't my whole body rebels (including not being able to sleep). Interesting stuff. Your progress looks great!!

Hey there!
Good to see things are going well. I plan on avoiding wheat going forward even on my cheat days when at all possible. I've noticed how bad I feel when I eat it and how much I crave it when I do eat it.

You look great, I need to kick up the veggies and reduce the starch.....but nothing works for me long if it doesn't fit in my lifestyle. Glad to hear from you!
