    Back at it

Sometimes I wonder why I come back here...my motivation level is so low and it's hard for me to stay on track with eating and exercising. Maybe I'll be able to stick to it this time, but with my new job starting soon I don't know if that will happen. I'll do my best though, as usual.

    Why oh why

...am I trying to lose weight during the holidays? This is tough...I guess I could say I'm not really trying to LOSE weight right now, more like just stave off additional weight gain. This isn't very easy to do.

    still slacking...

Yeah, so getting back on track is HARD. Especially with a busy semester and no time to work out or cook. I just moved back to Houston for a month, so luckily the only thing I have to think about is work. Once I get my gym membership back, I'll do my best to start walking so I can get back to jogging when I move home in a few weeks. Here's hoping at least. I'm going to track my nutrition as well to see what terrible things I'm eating.

    slacked off

Woke up today feeling terrible...sinus headache was pretty bad. I ended up not eating well or exercising. Having lots of classwork isn't really conducive to eating well or exercising either. Oh well, not like this was going to be a magic transition back to healthy living. Tomorrow is another day.

    Restarting my journey

Most would say that starting a health plan in the holiday season is a bad idea...well, maybe so, but I'm trying to get back on track. I worked out this morning, and I've restrained myself from eating junk thus far today. Here's hoping I can stay on track through the heavy eating season.
