Feeling better
It's a sick thing (for those of us that adore being lazy), but after I exercise, I tend to feel better. The smoking thing is hard to keep up with, but it's still a great goal. Just go for little steps at a time. Put off that after meal cig for 30 minutes. Or wait 5-10 minutes after you know you want one to see how it goes. A lot of times you will find that you don't want one after that time frame. I have faith in you! You can do that, and lose the weight that you want to. Just takes a little while, and a little work.

Haven't seen anything new in a while. How's it going? Getting a good work out in? I've been missing my updates, but maintaining exercise 5 days a week. What's your goal?

Not in the gym today, i walked the fair grounds for three hours. My legs were burning.
