About Me
Just trying to lose the weight again, finished with having children, I wanna be a MILF. I've got a 6 year old, a 3 1/2 year old & a 1 year old. My days & nights are filled to the brim but I'm trying to find time to fit workouts in and eat right. I've done this before (lost 50 lbs) but then got pregnant again! Hopefully, this will be the last time I've got to sacrifice.

Kicking it into high gear
Just started up this drastic diet again. I worked with QWLC 2 years ago & lost 50 pounds. Then, after enjoying that for about 3 weeks, got pregnant again! So, now that the baby girl is a year old, I've finally regained that motivation to lose the weight for good. I'm going to attempt to recreate the QWLC plans & workout like a fiend. The 1st phase of the diet is a 3 day prep phase. I probably won't hit the calories I should. I eat so awful normally, I really like the way this starts out. It kindof shocks my body into eating right. Only chicken, only green veggies, 2 oranges, lots of water for 3 days. Then I'll get into a better balance of food.
