    Dropping BF

I saw your post in the forum about dropping some bodyfat - I think you should look into Tom Venuto's information on the topic. Specifically the user of a zig-zag diet. Considering where you said you were at, you might consider a higher protein diet (something like 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat) and aim for a 1-1.5lb per week weight loss effort to minimize damage on your metabolism. To also help protect the metabolism, Venuto suggests zig-zagging your diet. So you eat 3 days down (500 calories below your maintenance requirements) and 2 days at maintenance. So every 5 days you have a 1500 calorie deficit. Without factoring in exercise it'd take you around 11-12 days to lose a pound. So you need to augment with exercise. Finally, keep the food intake clean - very clean - all whole foods. Combine your foods to create meals that are low on the glycemic index (in other words, if you are going to eat oatmeal, make sure you eat it with some protein like egg whites as well), and eat 6 times per day, every 3-4 hours while awake in small quantities.
