Ugh
I need to whine. I am not working out. I know I should work out, but I keep finding reasons not to. Wish me luck I need to workout or die young! :(

Fell off the wagon
I have not been working out regularly, if at all. My first commitment to getting back into things is to work on my core. I have back pain issues and I have let that and other "excuses" keep me from the gym. That Is Not Allowed!! Time to kick it into gear. So hear is some positive affirmation for me. "I will work on my core 7 days a week in the mornings." Wish me good luck all. Thanks... I really don't want to look at the scale for a couple weeks ;)

Made it
Well it has been 3 days and things are going well. I have scaled back the sets on my workout, but I kept as close to my best weight as possible. It feels good to ache from my workout.

First hurdle
I finally got back in the gym. I am 2 days behind when I wanted to start. I thought I would have gotten to the gym on Saturday, but I let myself slack for the weekend. Oh well no big deal. I am very happy that I made it today and had a good workout. I decided to take it easy so I only did 2 sets instead of 3. We will see how I feel tomorrow. That's when I really feel it in my muscles... Oh yeah and I gained 8 lbs in 3 weeks. I don't always record my weight, but a bounce like that has to be noted. If I could only lose that in 3 weeks that would be fine ;)
