To bed at 130 (not tired, due to drinking coffee too late in the day). Up at 630= 5 hours of sleep.

Possible schedule
Start getting ready for bed (coffee, feed Lizzie, brush teeth) at 900. Read books with kids at 930. To sleep at 1000. Get up at 600 (8 hrs), Do paperwork from 600-640. Workout from 645 to 730.

To bed at 1030, up at 600= 7.5 hours of sleep. Hard time getting up. Had two cups of coffee in the morning and one small Starbucks coffee in the afternoon.
